Hoppity-Hop'n Slurp!

Hoppity-Hop'n Slurp is a pixel art run and gun in which you play a frog that gets rid of flies by slurping them, each fly giving a different unexpected effect !

Well actually we lied, it's not a run and gun, it's a hoppity-hop'n slurp (just like the title) because instead of running, you hop like a frog and instead of gunning, you slurp (still like a frog).
Each time you slurp a fly a new effect happens changing the frog's visuals ! Sometimes even the game's visuals or the gameplay !

Currently the game is unfinished, only the game jam build is available, it's bugged and gameplay changes aren't present.
However we are still working in the game and it's still very cute and fun so don't hesitate to try it and look forward to the final game !

Hoppity-hop'n Slurp was made in 2 days as part of a game jam at 3is in Bordeaux. The event lasted from April 8th 2022 8 pm to April 10th 2022 8 pm and was themed around "Oh ! I didn't expect THAT".
In that time we were sadly unable to finish the game, it was bugged and gameplay changes weren't present  but we still managed to win second place !
